WHAT IS SPC?
Service Personnel Contract (SPC) is an option of Intraco Penta Group's service program to support machine operation, where Intraco Penta Group allocates sufficient skilled technicians as agreed by the customer to the customer's location to perform periodic equipment maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
Service Personnel Contract (SPC) Scope of Work:
1. Service Interval
2. Fixing small things on the machine
3. Recommend spare parts for repair
4. Perform installation of Spare Part or Parts
5. Provide education to operators to operate or maintain heavy equipment properly and correctly.
6. Technician standby on site: 1 x 24 Hours, 7 days a week
